At Hazel & Olive, we want you to love your purchase, but if an item doesn't work out, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Store Credit
After our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card to your email address within 5-7 business days.
